Delays in receiving required information, materials, approvals, or payments may affect project delivery timelines.

4. Guest Post and Link Insertion Services

Devix Code may publish guest articles and insert contextual links into existing articles on its blogs and websites.

4.1 Placement Duration

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all guest post articles and link insertions are provided for a period of one year (12 months) from the publication date or the agreed placement date.

After this period, Devix Code reserves the right to remove, edit, replace, update, or discontinue the relevant article or link without an obligation to maintain it indefinitely.

Any renewal or extension must be agreed upon separately.

4.2 Content Approval

All submitted articles, URLs, and anchor texts are subject to review before publication.

We reserve the right to reject or request changes to content that:

  • Violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
  • Contains misleading or unsupported claims.
  • Includes malicious links, harmful software, or deceptive material.
  • Does not meet our website’s editorial or quality standards.
  • Falls outside the subject matter or publishing requirements of the relevant website.

We may make reasonable editorial changes to improve clarity, formatting, grammar, or suitability for publication.

4.3 Link Placement and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to publish approved content and links according to the agreed order details. However, we do not guarantee search engine indexing, rankings, traffic, conversions, or any specific SEO outcome.

Links may be affected by website updates, technical issues, editorial changes, search engine policies, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

4.4 Removal and Replacement

If an article or link is removed during the agreed 12-month placement period due to an issue within our control, we will review the matter and may offer a replacement placement or another remedy as agreed in writing.

This does not apply where removal results from client misconduct, unlawful content, inaccurate information supplied by the client, third-party actions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Any replacement commitment, including its scope and duration, must be confirmed in writing before the order is finalized.

4.5 No Guaranteed SEO Results

Purchasing a guest post or link insertion does not guarantee improvements in domain authority, domain rating, organic traffic, search rankings, or other third-party SEO metrics.

Such metrics and outcomes are influenced by external services, search engine algorithms, competitors, and other factors that Devix Code does not control.

5. Software and Development Projects

For software development, web development, app development, chatbot development, AI development, and SaaS projects, the scope of work will be based on the proposal, quotation, or written agreement accepted by both parties.

5.1 Project Scope

Features, integrations, design requirements, revisions, deliverables, and deadlines should be agreed upon before work begins.

Requests outside the agreed scope may require additional fees and an updated delivery schedule.

5.2 Client Approvals

Clients are responsible for reviewing project milestones, prototypes, designs, and deliverables and providing timely feedback.

Delays in feedback or approval may extend the project timeline.

5.3 Third-Party Services

Projects may rely on third-party platforms, APIs, hosting providers, plugins, libraries, AI models, or software licenses.

Their availability, pricing, policies, and performance may change independently of Devix Code. Any additional third-party fees or license requirements will be handled according to the applicable project agreement.

5.4 Maintenance and Support

Ongoing maintenance, updates, hosting, technical support, and post-launch services are included only when stated in the relevant proposal or agreement.

Additional support or maintenance may be charged separately.

6. Pricing and Payments

Prices, payment schedules, deposits, and any applicable taxes will be communicated before an order or project is confirmed.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Work may begin after the required advance payment is received.
  • The client must pay invoices according to the agreed payment schedule.
  • Additional work outside the original scope may incur extra charges.
  • Delayed payments may result in a pause in work or service delivery, subject to the applicable agreement and law.

Any refund, cancellation, or payment dispute will be assessed according to the agreed order terms and applicable legal requirements.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the type of service, the stage of work, the deliverables already completed, and any specific agreement between Devix Code and the client.

For development projects, fees for completed work, approved milestones, purchased licenses, or non-refundable third-party expenses may not be refundable where permitted by law.

For guest post and link insertion orders, cancellation requests made before publication will be reviewed based on the work completed and any applicable order agreement.

Once an article or link has been published, refunds are not automatic. Any refund, replacement, or other remedy will be determined by the agreed service terms and applicable law.

Nothing in this section excludes consumer rights or other legal rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each party retains ownership of the intellectual property it owned before a project began.

For development projects, ownership or licensing of custom code, designs, documentation, and other deliverables will be governed by the relevant project agreement and payment terms.

Third-party software, open-source components, templates, fonts, APIs, and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective license conditions.

For guest posts and link insertion services, clients must have the necessary rights or permissions to submit their content, images, links, and other materials.

Publishing content on a Devix Code website does not automatically transfer ownership of the website or its underlying content management system to the client.

9. Acceptable Use

You must not use our website or services to:

  • Violate applicable laws or regulations.
  • Distribute malware, malicious code, or unauthorized software.
  • Infringe copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or those of another party.
  • Submit fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful content.
  • Interfere with the security, availability, or operation of our website.

We may suspend or refuse service where there is a reasonable basis to believe these terms have been violated.

10. Confidentiality and Privacy

Both parties should take reasonable steps to protect confidential information exchanged during a business relationship.

Personal information submitted through our website or services is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Any additional confidentiality, data protection, or security obligations may be set out in a separate written agreement.

11. Third-Party Websites and Services

Our website may contain links to external websites, tools, platforms, or services.

Devix Code does not control all third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, or policies.

Your use of third-party products and services is subject to their own terms and conditions.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided subject to the terms agreed for the relevant service.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability, error-free operation, specific business outcomes, search engine rankings, or the continued availability of third-party services.

Any project-specific warranties or service commitments must be stated in the relevant written agreement.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Devix Code will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services.

We are not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including third-party platform changes, search engine updates, hosting failures, or unauthorized use of client-provided materials.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including liability that cannot legally be waived.

Any additional limitation of liability agreed with a client must comply with applicable law and the relevant contract.

14. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, clients are responsible for claims, losses, and expenses arising from materials they provide or their unlawful use of our services, including claims that their submitted content infringes another party’s rights.

This section does not apply to the extent a claim results from Devix Code’s own breach of an agreement or unlawful conduct.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or legal requirements.

Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Changes will apply as permitted by applicable law and any existing written agreement.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are subject to the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Devix Code operates, unless a different governing law is agreed upon in a valid written contract.

Any disputes will be handled by the courts or dispute resolution process with appropriate jurisdiction under applicable law.
